What are region locks, and will my key work?
Some keys can only be activated in certain countries. We show the region on every product card, on the product page, and again in your cart — with a clear verdict against your detected country before you pay. If a key is incompatible, we tell you before checkout, never after.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) at launch, with PayPal and crypto planned. Whatever you pick, the total you pay equals the price on the page — no payment-method surcharges.
What if my key doesn't work?
Free buyer protection covers invalid or already-redeemed keys on every order. Report it within 30 days (48 hours for top-ups): replacement first where stock exists, otherwise a full refund, decided within 72 hours of confirming your claim.
Can I buy without an account?
Yes — guest checkout is fully supported. Your delivery link arrives by email and stays valid for 30 days. An account just keeps your keys in one library forever.
Do I get a receipt? What about VAT?
Every order has a downloadable receipt with the all-in amount you paid. Prices are final — the checkout total equals the page price.
How long do you store my keys?
Your key library is kept for the life of your account, minimum 5 years. Reveal and copy your keys any time.
Is my account protected?
You can enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) with recovery codes under Account → Security. Every key reveal is logged to protect your purchases.
I have stock to sell — how do I become a supplier?
Suppliers connect through our documented API and go through KYC before anything goes on sale. Start at the developer docs, or apply via the supplier portal.
